All across Mumbai, the approach of Ganesh Chaturthi usually means colourful decorations sprouting up overnight, the smell of fresh modaks steaming in kitchens, and the faint hum of devotional songs drifting from open windows.
But this year, there’s an added excitement in the air —the curiosity and thrill of something new in Naigaon. For the first time ever, the much-loved Sunteck Worldcha Raja will make his home at our Naigaon Township, and the township is already alive with preparations. Residents are pausing mid-errand to watch the pandal take shape, children are peeking in to catch a glimpse of what’s coming, and conversations are all about one thing — “Have you seen how Sunteck World is welcoming Bappa this year?” The celebrations promise to be a grand welcome for Bappa in Naigaon, packed with energy and vibrancy of the festivities that will create cherished memories for years to come.
Celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi with Sunteck Worldcha Raja!

When Sunteck World was envisioned, it wasn’t only about offering homes. The vision was to create a place where neighbours become friends and everyday life is enriched by moments spent together. Hosting Ganesh Chaturthi for the first time is a natural extension of that philosophy.
From August 27 to September 6, the township will welcome Lord Ganesha in a grand style, with designated space open to residents and visitors alike. It’s a gesture that says, this isn’t just where we live, this is where we belong.
Sunteck World Creates a Royal Welcome for Bappa

The heart of the celebration will be a grand, royal setup designed to reflect pride and devotion. The 9-foot-tall Ganesh idol stands tall at the heart of the celebrations, embodying a sense of calm and majesty that captivates all who visit. Rich fabrics, traditional motifs, and vibrant colours will set the tone, while careful detailing ensures every corner of the pandal feels warm and welcoming.
As the township gathers to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi, all voices will rise in harmonious unison, like a symphony of devotion, weaving together in perfect synchrony. A collective spirit of unity and celebration that brings us closer in one voice and one heart.
Morning and evening aartis will take place daily: from August 27th – Opening Day, right upto September 6th – Visarjan Day. On the final day, the beats of a dhol tasha troupe will fill the air, leading the visarjan procession with energy and joy.
Doors — and hearts — will be open for anyone in Naigaon and beyond who wants to join in. Families from nearby areas, old friends catching up after months, and even first-time visitors will find a warm welcome.
The shared rituals, the casual conversations in between, the nods and smiles exchanged with strangers — these are the little things that build bonds, turning festival days into cherished memories.
The Sunteck World Township Comes Alive

Imagine a place where the sound of Ganpati’s arrival is met with cheers and applause, where the township is filled with the aroma of freshly made modaks, and where the collective chant of ‘Ganpati Bappa Morya’ echoes through the night. That’s what the first Ganesh Chaturthi in Sunteck World looks like, where the festival is a celebration not just of a deity, but of community, connection, and belonging. As residents come together to welcome Sunteck Worldcha Raja, decorate the streets, and share in the festivities, they’re creating something special – a sense of home, a sense of family, and a sense of togetherness that goes beyond just a festival. It’s a feeling that’s hard to put into words, but it’s one that resonates deeply with everyone who’s a part of it.
So, mark your calendars: August 27 to September 6, 2025 at Sunteck World. Whether you’re a resident, a Naigaon local, or just someone looking to experience Ganesh Chaturthi in a unique setting, you’re welcome to join the festivities at Sunteck World. This year, Sunteck Worldcha Raja will leave behind more than blessings. As the festivities come to a close, the real celebration begins – in the memories we cherish, the bonds we strengthen, and the community we build.
