• Providing your contact information including email, address, and telephone number where you can be contacted if required.
• Giving a declaration along with necessary documents establishing you (i) as the rightful owner of the content to be disabled/ affecting you prejudicially, (ii) as an affected person, stating that the information submitted is true, complete & accurate and no material fact has been hidden and also stating that Sunteck Realty Limited, its Affiliates, Directors, employees, including Grievance Officer shall not be liable for any loss or damage or claim for relying on such requests.
