In the event the total booking amount is not received within 7 days hereof, the booking will be canceled forthwith and the total amount paid shall stand forfeited. In the event of cancellation or non-adherence to the Payment Schedule for more than 60days or non-registration of definitive agreement within 30days of intimation received, or for any reason whatsoever, total amount paid OR 10% of the total consideration value or, whichever is less stand forfeited, and the allotment shall stand canceled without further reference. The refund, if any, on request for cancellation or termination of booking, shall be processed only after the Developer is able to transfer the booked unit to any other third party. “I/we hereby declare and state that apart from the said Unit, I/we have not made any other booking in the project “Sunteck MaxxWorld-1”, either in my/our individual name/s or jointly with any other person. I/we further confirm that no previous bookings have been done in the project “Sunteck MaxxWorld-1” by my/our spouse/s or minor child either in his/her individual capacity or jointly with any other person. I/we am/are executing this indemnity with full consciousness that I/we have booked and desire to purchase only one unit in the Project “Sunteck MaxxWorld-1” and that I/we have not made any other bookings or purchased any other unit in “Sunteck MaxxWorld-1” in our names jointly, singly or through our spouse, minor child or in any other way or otherwise and am/are aware that if any of the above statements are proven to be false or otherwise, now or at anytime hereafter, I/we shall be liable for deterrent action. I/We hereby confirm and agree that I/we shall, further be liable to face the consequences thereof including inter alia termination of the booking of the said Unit and shall be liable to bear all costs, charges, expenses related to the same. I/We are fully responsible for the above statements and are fully aware of the consequences of the statements herein made.”
