The referral program is open to all booked customers of Sunteck Realty Limited ("Sunteck") who are Indian citizens and aged 18 years or above.

Employees of Sunteck, its group companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this program.

The referee (the person being referred) must be a new customer, i.e., someone who has never previously purchased or booked any property with Sunteck or registered with the company.

All referrals must be submitted through the official referral platform/form provided by Sunteck.

A valid referral must include the full name, contact number, and email address of both the referrer and the referee.

The referral must be submitted prior to the referee’s first interaction (site visit, enquiry, or registration) with Sunteck.

Duplicate referrals will not be entertained. In case multiple referrers refer to the same individual, only the first valid entry received will be considered.

The reward will be applicable only if the referee successfully completes the booking and fulfills the required payment milestone as defined by Sunteck.

The booking must be made within a defined period (typically 90 days) from the date of referral.

Referrers will be eligible for the reward only once the referee’s booking is verified, and the necessary amount is received by Sunteck as per the booking agreement.

The type of reward (cashback, gift voucher, lifestyle merchandise, etc.) is solely at the discretion of Sunteck and may vary depending on the property, booking value, and ongoing offers.

Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form.

Any applicable taxes or levies on the reward will be borne by the referrer.

The referrer must have the prior consent of the referee before sharing their details with Sunteck.

Referrals must be made in good faith. Any misuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity (e.g., fake leads or self-referrals) will lead to immediate disqualification and possible legal action.

Sunteck reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of both referrer and referee at any time.

All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and governed by the laws of India.

Any decision made by the designated employees or higher authorities of Sunteck with respect to the referral program shall be final, binding, and not open to negotiation, appeal, or dispute.

By participating, the referrer agrees to Sunteck’s use of their personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, including for promotional and marketing purposes.

Data collected through the referral program will be used solely for the purposes of program management and will not be shared with third parties, except where legally required.
